You can donate blood every 3 months after donating blood. Bone marrow plays an important role in making blood cells to replace. causing the amount of blood in the body to remain the same If you don't donate The body will drive the decomposed blood cells due to expiration. The blood collection will be packed in plastic bags (BLOOD BAG) about 350-450 milliliters (cc.) depending on the weight of the donor.
