On April 29, 2569, Rajamangala University of Technology Isan intensified its efforts to enhance public sector governance by: Associate Professor Dr. Kosit Sriputhon, President of RMUTI assigned to Assistant Professor Surapoj Wacharopakul, Vice President for Administration and Human Resource Development. He presided over the opening ceremony of a workshop aimed at enhancing knowledge and reinforcing good public service practices among personnel, as well as driving the Integrity and Transparency Assessment (ITA) of government agencies for the fiscal year 2569, at Room 19-213, 2nd floor, Office of the President Building, RMUTI Nakhon Ratchasima. On this occasion, RMUTI announced its policy. "No Gift Policy" This initiative reflects the university's core commitment to rejecting all gifts and benefits accepted for performing duties. This is a key indicator in the OIT (Public Disclosure) evaluation criteria for the ITA 2569 assessment, laying the foundation for honest and ethical work practices based on good governance principles. 150 personnel and representatives from all campuses participated in the project to disseminate these guidelines at the regional level.
The program is packed with practical activities beneficial for the ITA assessment, particularly in the areas of internal (IIT) and external (EIT) personnel perception. These include a special lecture on the topic of "Public Service Practices and Anti-Corruption," delivered by a distinguished speaker. Mr. Supoj Sringammuang, Deputy Secretary-General of the National Anti-Corruption Commission, Region 3. This event aims to disseminate best practices for preventing risks that may lead to corruption in the public sector, addressing the assessment criteria in the proactive anti-corruption category. It includes a discussion on complaint procedures, delving into the steps and guidelines for handling instances of corruption or misconduct, led by a team of legal experts.
