“His Majesty the King has graciously appointed me to perform royal duties on his behalf at the Royal Conferment Ceremony of Rajamangala University of Technology Isan for the 2024 academic year today. I would like to express my congratulations to all graduates on their honor and success. Graduates possess many qualities. One important quality is courage, which refers to the mental ability to persevere and overcome all obstacles without fear. This corresponds to the word 'viriya' or perseverance, which means perseverance and determination until success is achieved. This courage or perseverance has four key principles that guide all behaviors to be truly correct and not misguided or inappropriate. Namely, one must have the courage to restrain oneself from doing evil or degenerating things; one must have the courage to abandon evil and degenerating things within oneself; one must have the courage to do what is good and proper; and one must have the courage to maintain goodness and integrity at all times. Therefore, I urge all graduates to diligently train and develop themselves to be people with the utmost perseverance, worthy of being true graduates.

In the name of His Majesty the King, I wish all graduates and all those who attended this ceremony happiness, prosperity, and success in all aspects.
