Date 21 July 2569 Associate Professor Dr. Kosit Sriputhon The President of Rajamangala University of Technology Isan, in his capacity as the Chairman of the Council of Presidents of Rajamangala University of Technology (CPRU), attended the event.“THAILAND² Empowering Thailand, Upgrading Human Capital” The event was held at the Chakraphan Pensiri Building, Kasetsart University, and was a collaborative effort of five key ministries: the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation; the Ministry of Education; the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives; the Ministry of Labour; and the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security. The event included presentations on the past 90 days' performance of all five ministries, along with a special lecture on the topic "Empowering Thailand: Upgrading Human Capital" by... Professor Dr. Yotchanan Wongswasdi The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation presented concepts and directions for enhancing the potential of Thai human capital through the development of education, lifelong learning, research and innovation, and the production of highly skilled manpower to meet the country's future needs. In addition, an exhibition was held featuring government agencies and partner networks to exchange knowledge and present tangible achievements in human resource development.

Professor Dr. Yotchanan Wongswasdi The meeting also summarized the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation's (MHESI) performance over the past 90 days, presenting 10 key achievements aimed at improving the quality of life and developing human capital in the country, including policy initiatives such as: TCAS69 is equal for all. To improve budget efficiency, push for salary adjustments for university employees, send Thai space research equipment to participate in a lunar orbit mission with China, and expand the application of innovations and technologies for society such as Traffy Fondue, Digital Healthcare, the PPAP (Precise Poverty Alleviation Platform), upgrading community enterprises, water management using Big Data and IoT, and the development of Thai-made trains, all reflect the role of science, research, and innovation in driving national development and concretely improving the quality of life for the people.
This participation reflects the role of Rajamangala University of Technology Isan and its network of nine Rajamangala University of Technology campuses in driving the policies of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI) to develop highly skilled human resources, produce practical graduates, promote lifelong learning, and create research and innovation that addresses national development needs. This is a crucial mechanism for upgrading Thai human capital and enhancing the country's sustainable competitiveness.
