On July 8, 2026, Rajamangala University of Technology Isan, Nakhon Ratchasima, through its Nursing and Health Insurance Department, Student Development Division, in collaboration with the Nakhon Ratchasima Provincial Red Cross and Maharaj Nakhon Ratchasima Hospital, organized a blood donation event in honor of His Majesty the King on the auspicious occasion of his 28th birthday on July 28, 2026. The event was held at the Watanyu Na Thalang Auditorium, Rajamangala University of Technology Isan, Nakhon Ratchasima. Associate Professor Dr. Kosit Sriputhon, President of Rajamangala University of Technology Isan assigned to Professor Sorawit T. Siriwattana, Vice President for Student Affairs and Alumni Relations As a representative, I participated in the event, visited and encouraged the staff and students who donated blood, and expressed gratitude to all sectors that joined together to demonstrate the power of sacrifice and sharing, in order to provide a chance to save the lives of patients who need blood.
The event was organized to promote social responsibility, cultivate a sense of giving among faculty and students, and contribute to increasing the blood reserves for the Thai Red Cross Society for the treatment of patients in urgent need. It also served as a tribute to His Majesty the King on the auspicious occasion of his 28th birthday on July 28, 2026, through acts of kindness for the public good. A large number of university faculty and students participated in the blood donation, resulting in a total amount of blood collected. 113 units This reflects the power of volunteerism and social responsibility of the Rajamangala University of Technology Isan community in continuously participating in helping fellow human beings.
