RMUTI organized a workshop on "Knowledge Management" to accelerate the drafting of a two-year KM master plan (2026-2027).

On May 7-8, 2569, Rajamangala University of Technology Isan, through its Quality Assurance and Registration Division, organized a Knowledge Management Workshop. Assistant Professor Suraphon Wacharopakun The Vice President for Administration and Human Resource Development presided over the opening ceremony of the project. Jinnapat Rodjanawong, Ph.D. The Director of the Office of Academic Affairs and Registration reported on the objectives of the project, which were to review knowledge management approaches towards becoming a learning organization in accordance with the Knowledge Management to Organizational Excellence framework; to define the direction for developing knowledge management processes; and to draft a two-year knowledge management master plan for the university (2026-2027), including guidelines for continuously implementing the master plan. Distinguished speakers were invited to participate. Professor Saipirun Poomphool Independent scholar and consultant specializing in organizational leadership systems development, strategic planning, knowledge management and innovation, human resource management, and fostering values ​​and culture to drive organizational productivity.Ms. Pannipa Kamolphanporn Assistant Lecturer: This project was conducted over two days in a hybrid format. The target group consisted of approximately 78 participants, divided into 50 on-site participants from RMUTI Nakhon Ratchasima and 28 online participants from all three campuses.
